All content, features, and functionality of Academisolve, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI models, and software, are the exclusive property of Academisolve and are protected by international intellectual property laws.

Solutions generated by Academisolve are provided for your personal educational use only.

When you upload homework questions (images, text, or screenshots), you grant Academisolve a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, analyze, and store this content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

You represent that you have the right to upload all content you submit and that such content does not violate any third-party rights.

Academisolve is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of solutions provided.

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated solutions may occasionally contain errors. Users should verify solutions independently, especially for high-stakes academic work.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Academisolve and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
